UK Pod Tracker Connection Issues
We are currently experiencing an issue in which some Pods in the UK with a Twilio SIM card are struggling to connect to a cellular network causing a red light on the Pod. This appears to be caused by a network change with roaming agreements in the UK.
We understand the importance of having the added security of your Pod at all times, and are working through this as quickly as we can. Being the Holiday season, we and our partners have limited staffing, and some offices are closed until after the New Year, which may affect the timing of a resolution. We will, however, be updating this post with all recent information, so please check here again for updates rather than contacting support.
We do truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, especially over the Holiday season when we know many of you are traveling, and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the problem.
